Outside Sales Engineer

Position based in Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

 Job Profile & Key Responsibilities

 Working with the Building and Infrastructure Division, under the responsibility of the Area Sales Manager, you will manage and develop the business for the company ensuring your product sales targets are met and exceeded.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Generates enquiries by frequent client (Contractors / Consultants) visits.
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities for all company’s products to ensure business growth.
  • Develops, follows-up and maintains strong relationships with existing clients. Maintains meeting records and client contact details on the group CRM system.
  • Receives enquiries, studies commercial and technical requirements for projects.
  • Prepares quotations and commercial offers with the help of Inside Sales and in agreement with Area Sales Manager in line with clients’ requirements, company’s terms and conditions of sales and within the time frame.
  • Follows-up of technical and commercial negotiation to ensure order is secured, margin is maximized and order contractual terms are acceptable to group legal department.
  • Promotes the company’s products and activity.
  • Attend to Client’s complaints.

 

Skills requirement:

  • Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Gulf and 2 years’ experience in the piping and valves industry.
  • Having an established relationship with local Building Infrastructure Contractors & Consultants.
  • Understanding of sale / commerce / trading principles
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment (HVAC, fire protection, plumbing pipework, plate heat exchanger, valves selection) is required and understanding of their technical specifications / applications in the Infrastructure industries is a must.
  • Calculation methods.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and pay attention to details
  • Customer-service oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Outside Sales Engineer

Position based in Bangkok (Thailand) - Immediately available

 

Main purpose:
The Outside Sales Engineer handles and develops business for the company in the designated market (South East Asia region, including but not limited to Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar and Singapore), ensuring continuous turn-over and profitability growth.

 

Scope:
The Outside Sales Engineer develops and handles the business by performing all aspects of Sales (i.e initiate and make regular & frequent customer visits, follow-up, material sourcing, enquiry review, offer preparation, order securing, order processing and delivery, document filling, follow up payments, and any other after sales service that may be necessary).

 

Authority:
The Outside Sales Engineer reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager or the General Manager of APAC.

Country Manager Indonesia

Position based in Jakarta (Indonesia)

 

Main purpose:
The Country Manager Indonesia will be responsible to plan, set-up, organize and start-up a new TROUVAY & CAUVIN office in Jakarta, and also carry out the relevant business development and sales activities in this potentially huge market. The suitable candidate is expected to ensure an increase in turn-over and profitability, in line with TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group strategy. The Country Manager Indonesia controls and manages the overall sales activities and business development of the designated market, and also builds up a team to support this development.

 

Scope:
The Country Manager Indonesia will be responsible for the profit and loss of the sales office, based on the agreed budgets and sales targets: - Develops the business by performing all aspects of Sales in the territory (customer visits, requirement follow-ups, material sourcing, enquiry review, offer preparation, order securing, order processing and delivery, document filling, after sales activities and overseeing the administration and management of the office) - Develops and extends the range of products and services provided in his sales area - Develops all services linked to the energy industry

 

Authority:
The Country Manager reports directly to the General Manager APAC.

Enterprise Resource Planning Manager - Africa

Position based in Nairobi (Kenya) - Immediately available

Main purpose:

The Enterprise Resource Planning Manager will integrate the sales and stock management activities of our Kenya office in the Global Management System of TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group. The Enterprise Resource Planning Manager will interact between the local sales team and the Group’s Head Office, to ensure all trading is made in compliance with TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group Policies.

 

Authority:

The Enterprise Resource Planning Manager will report to the Business Development Manager – Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, executes and maintains ongoing operating plans for the Group’s ERP
  • Participates, with the Group IT Manager, to develop and manage future vision and objectives of the ERP system
  • Establishes a strong partnerships with the sales teams
  • Manages and leads various system issue/support related to projects and work, as a liaison between systems team and business teams
  • Works to streamline and improve business processes across the organization
  • Understands and implements best practices for the supported applications

    Main purpose

    Working with the Oil & Gas Division, under the responsibility of the Sales Manager UAE, you will contribute to support fully the duties of your sales team to achieve business targets.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Decrypting consultant specifications.
    • Understanding bill of materials.
    • Liaising with Suppliers for timely offers and deliveries.
    • Preparing customized commercial offers in the ERP system used by the group.
    • Registering orders and reviewing contractual documents with group legal department.
    • Preparing material submittals.
    • Allocating stocks, issuing delivery and pick notes, shipping documentation.
    • Monitoring the successful completion of the supply cycle until payment.
