Job Profile & Key Responsibilities

Working with the Building and Infrastructure Division, under the responsibility of the Area Sales Manager, you will manage and develop the business for the company ensuring your product sales targets are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities:

  • Generates enquiries by frequent client (Contractors / Consultants) visits.
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities for all company’s products to ensure business growth.
  • Develops, follows-up and maintains strong relationships with existing clients. Maintains meeting records and client contact details on the group CRM system.
  • Receives enquiries, studies commercial and technical requirements for projects.
  • Prepares quotations and commercial offers with the help of Inside Sales and in agreement with Area Sales Manager in line with clients’ requirements, company’s terms and conditions of sales and within the time frame.
  • Follows-up of technical and commercial negotiation to ensure order is secured, margin is maximized and order contractual terms are acceptable to group legal department.
  • Promotes the company’s products and activity.
  • Attend to Client’s complaints.


Skills requirement:

  • Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Gulf and 2 years’ experience in the piping and valves industry.
  • Having an established relationship with local Building Infrastructure Contractors & Consultants.
  • Understanding of sale / commerce / trading principles
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment (HVAC, fire protection, plumbing pipework, plate heat exchanger, valves selection) is required and understanding of their technical specifications / applications in the Infrastructure industries is a must.
  • Calculation methods.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and pay attention to details
  • Customer-service oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Drive to succeed with a proven sales record.
  • Team player and a peoples’ person.
  • Capable of making independent decisions with the company’s best interest in mind.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A valid Saudi driving license is required
