We are delighted to congratulate Julie Baxendale, our Office Manager/HR Administrator, on reaching her 30 year work anniversary with Trouvay & Cauvin Ltd.

Julie started in 1991 in her twenties, at the inception of the T&C Oldham Office and has seen many changes and faces pass through the doors over the years.

There have been many company milestones during these years and Julie remembers them all, from Anniversary Dances, Celebratory Dinners with a little Archery, musical interludes and lots of laughs thrown into the mix, all of course organised and facilitated by Julie in her usual efficient and professional manner.

Many congratulations on achieving this milestone and for your continued loyalty to Trouvay & Cauvin......

We are delighted to confirm the renewal of our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate - until November 2024.

Well done to everyone involved for your professional and continued adherence to our Quality Managment Processes.

After more than a year, the Trouvay & Cauvin UK Sales team were delighted to eventually hold their first office based meeting since the implementation of the curbing measures imposed during the pandemic.

Two years ago, no one would have thought that having a face to face meeting would be such a source of celebration!

T&C, like any other business, faced the challenges that Covid-19 brought and has tried to display resilience and flexibility to maintain its level of service to its customers, whilst ensuring the safety of the team.

Hopefully this first meeting, after more than a year, is the first sign of improving times.

We are delighted to congratulate Isabelle Heranval, our Administration & Operations Manager, on reaching her 30 year work anniversary with Trouvay & Cauvin Ltd.

Isabelle started her journey within the T&C family initially in France in 1990 and then relocated to the UK permanently in 1993 to work for Trouvay & Cauvin Limited.

She has travelled to many countries over the years supporting other TC business units within the Group, assisting with training on various ERP systems.

Many congratulations on achieving this milestone and for your continued loyalty to Trouvay & Cauvin......

30 YEARS WITH TROUVAY & CAUVIN...

Dave ThurstanWe are delighted to congratulate Dave Thurstan, our UK Operations Manager, on reaching his 30 Year Work Anniversary within the T&C family.

Dave started with the company in 1986 as a Technical Manager at our Redditch Division and within a few years was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager, in 1989.

In 1991 he relocated with the company to the then new premises in Oldham, Lancs, where he is based to date.

In 2015 he was appointed UK Operations Manager.  During his time with us he has seen many changes and transitions in both the company and the industry. He attributes this longevity to "Variety has been the spice of life with T&C - changing roles within the company keeping me interested, every day bringing a different challenge..."

Once again Dave, many congratulations on achieving this milestone and for your loyalty to Trouvay & Cauvin.....
