Whistleblower

At TROUVAY & CAUVIN, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professional conduct. Our reputation is one of our greatest assets, and safeguarding it requires transparency, accountability, and the courage to speak up when something is wrong.

To support this commitment, the Group has implemented a robust Whistleblower Policy that provides a safe, confidential, and accessible framework for reporting any suspected misconduct, illegal activity, or unethical behaviour.

Our policy is designed to encourage employees and external stakeholders to raise concerns without fear of retaliation. We understand that reporting such issues may feel difficult; therefore, all reports are handled with honesty, fairness, and strict confidentiality, unless disclosure is required or permitted by law.

This policy applies to all TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group employees across all levels (permanent, temporary, part‑time, interns and trainees), as well as customers, suppliers, vendors, external consultants, and members of the public who interact with our organisation.

Examples of reportable concerns include, but are not limited to:

  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or conduct committed by an employee against another employee, or any other individual, that undermines their health, safety, or dignity
  • Illegal or criminal conduct (e.g., fraud, theft, violence, property damage)
  • Bribery, corruption, or conflicts of interest
  • Financial misconduct or irregularities
  • Breaches of applicable laws or regulations
  • Knowingly making false or misleading statements against any person or the company
  • Any behaviour that could expose the Group to legal, financial, or reputational risk

By maintaining a clear and reliable whistleblowing framework, we ensure that all concerns are properly assessed, investigated, and addressed, and that we continue to uphold our long‑standing commitment to ethical business practices.
