Our range of structural steel products is available in a variety of grades, from commodity to offshore, to meet all project requirements.

In addition, TROUVAY & CAUVIN supplies abrasion-resistant steel plates, pressure vessels and tank plates in various dimensions and grades.

The TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group’s range of structural steel includes:

  • Hot rolled plates from 5 to 200 mm thick in all heat treatment types (such as rolled / TMCP / normalised / Q&T)
  • Tubulars both seamless in diameter from 1” to 24” and welded from 14” and above
  • Full range of Section Beams in both imperial & metric sizes up to 914/ W36 and welded girders
  • Hollow sections / Equal, unequal and inverted angles / Flat, round and square bars are also available in a variety of sizes and grades to meet all project requirements.

Hot Rolled Steel Plates

TROUVAY & CAUVIN has the expertise to supply hot-rolled steel plates to specific material specifications and maintains at all times a stock of approximately 5,000 MT of plates in offshore grades that meet the specifications of the main end users and are certified in accordance with EN 10204, 3.2.

Seamless and Welded Tubulars

TROUVAY & CAUVIN supplies a range of seamless tubulars used by the energy industry for structural applications.

A stock of Seamless Tubulars in offshore grade (API 5L X 52 Mod.; PSL 2, CVN @ -40 Deg Cel with MTC according to EN 10204, 3.2 (ABS)) is also available.

Sizes: 60.3mm OD – 610mm OD in the full range of API schedule and Structural wall thicknesses.

Length: Random or fixed lengths

In addition to seamless tubulars TROUVAY & CAUVIN also supplies a wide range of welded (LSAW) tubulars used for structural applications.

Standard sizes of Welded Tubulars in offshore grades (API 5L X 52 Mod., PSL 2, CVN @ -40 Deg Cel. With material grade according to API 2 Gr 50 with Supplemetaries and MTC according to EN 10204, 3.2 (ABS or BV)) are kept in stock to meet bottlenecks in projects or short-term requirements.

Sizes: 406.4 mm OD to 914.4 mm – large diameters in a full range of API schedules and structural wall thicknesses.

Length: Various lengths based on plates’ dimensions and project requirements.

TROUVAY & CAUVIN supplies high-quality beams, sections and other materials in S355 G11 + M / S355 G12 + M grades of EN 10225 and S275 / S355 grades of EN 10025. We supply a full range of sections (W sections, UB/UC and Euro norms), angle bars, channels, round, flat & square bars.
