Whistleblower

At TROUVAY & CAUVIN, we take our commitment to ethical business practices very seriously. We recognize that our reputation is one of our most valuable assets and that it is essential to conduct our business with the highest level of ethics and integrity. To this end, we have put in place a robust ‘Whistleblower Policy’ that enables us to uncover any corrupt, illegal, or undesirable behavior.

Our ‘Whistleblower Policy’ is designed to encourage employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to report any concerns they may have regarding unethical behavior. We understand that reporting such behavior can be challenging, and we strive to make the process as easy and confidential as possible. All complaints are handled with complete honesty, transparency, and fairness, and the confidentiality of complainants and witnesses is always respected, unless required or permitted by law.

This policy applies to all TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group employees at all levels and grades (including permanent, temporary and part-time employees), trainees, customers, the general public, external consultants, suppliers and vendors.

Examples of reportable conduct include but are not limited to: –

  • Any illegal conduct such as fraud, theft, violence, damage to property…,
  • Any criminal offence committed or likely to be committed,
  • Offering or accepting a bribe,
  • Financial irregularities,
  • False and inaccurate allegations against any person or the company,
  • Failure to comply with the law

By having a clear policy in place, we can ensure that all concerns are appropriately investigated and addressed, and that we continue to maintain our reputation for ethical business practices.
