We encourage every employee to report any concerns they may have with the utmost transparency. Our Executive Chairman works closely with the Board and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We promote our culture of compliance and ethics at all levels of the company. We regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of our ‘Corporate Governance Policies’ and compliance controls.

Ethical Practices

  • Compliance with laws governing working conditions and rights, and with universal and internationally recognized fundamental principles of human rights that protect the dignity, respect and freedom of employees wherever the company operates
  • Comply with the Foreign Corrupt Practises Act of the United States (the “FCPA”), the Bribery Act 2010 of the United Kingdom (the “UK Bribery Act”) and all applicable anti-bribery laws of the countries in which we operate
  • Prohibition of all forms of illegal labour, forced or compulsory labour and child labour by the Company and/or the Company’s business partners.
  • Prohibit any form of physical or psychological violence and/or harassment or the threat of such acts towards its employees and business partners.
  • To prohibit any form of harassment, coercion or bullying, whether sexual, physical, psychological or otherwise.
