This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) sets out the ways in which we, TROUVAY & CAUVIN Holding Group FZCO (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), collect and use information about You as identifiable individual (“Your Personal Data”) in connection with the fulfillment and provision Our services to You. It also explains what rights You have to access or change Your Personal Data.   

We are headquartered and registered in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE. We take all reasonable endeavors to be prudent in the way We process Your Personal Data, therefore We tried to develop this Privacy Notice and Our procedures to the extent practically possible, modelling the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and other privacy laws. We are however headquartered in Jebel Ali, Dubai, therefore this Privacy Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Law.

  1. Personal Data that We collect from You. We collect various types of Personal Data including without limitation Your (i) name, address and phone numbers; (ii) information and documents regarding identity, including Your ID, and driver’s license numbers; (iii) payment and financial information when You provide it, and (iv) CCTV records in Our premises and warehouses.

 

  1. Method of collecting Your Personal Data. We collect Personal Data You provide Us directly, but We also automatically collect other types of Personal Data such as (i) the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect Your computer to the internet; (ii) email address (iii) the location of Your device or computer (iii) device metrics such as when a device is in use, application usage, connectivity data, and any errors or event failures, and (iv) version and time zone settings, using “cookies” and other unique identifiers.

 

  1. Purpose of collecting Your Personal Data. We mainly collect Your Personal Data to load the Site accurately for You, and to perform analytics on, operate, provide, develop and improve Our Site.
