Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant receives general direction from and reports to the Group General Counsel and the Group Human Resources Manager.

In this role, you will provide essential support to our Legal and HR departments and will possess a minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position. Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting and staffing processes, including preselecting candidates and conducting screening calls,
  • Prepare Offer Letters and Employment Contracts,
  • Ensure legal compliance with local requirements and handle termination of employment contracts,
  • Maintain personnel records on the Group HRMS, both in paper and digital formats,
  • Review and evaluate work methods and procedures, implementing improvements as necessary,
  • Manage contracts’ and licenses’ database, ensuring timely renewal of legal documents,
  • Coordinate with governmental authorities when needed and manage attestation and legalization processes,
  • Assist in compliance matters under the supervision of the Group General Counsel,
  • Collaborate with departments and external stakeholders to achieve HR and Legal Department goals.

We are hiring a results-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to support our expanding commercial operations in water and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on the supply of all products such as pipes, valves, fittings… to the water and infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets, with a strong emphasis on the water and infrastructure sector,
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including customer acquisition, project bidding, and contract negotiations,
  • Controls and reviews the main tender offers and overseas orders as per company’s internal policies and procedures,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants to foster long-term partnerships,
  • Collaborate with the Sales Engineers on all ongoing aspects of the Building, Water, and Infrastructure business,
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to assess progress against targets and propose corrective actions if needed,
  • Stay updated on industry developments, standards, and regulations related to the piping and fittings business,

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent,
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the water and infrastructure sector,
  • Fluency in spoken English and Arabic is required,
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth,
  • Strong knowledge of piping and fittings, including various materials and grades,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels,
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment,
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and ERP and CRM software.

Business Development Manager - Valves Specialist

Building and Infrastructure Sales Manager

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

For our Exclusive Agent in Saudi Arabia, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building and Infrastructure Sales Manager. This position is based in Riyadh, KSA, and requires a candidate with proven expertise in DCU, Water, Firefighting, and MEP products, including pipes (CS, SS, DI, CI), flanges, fittings, and industrial valves.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the KSA market,
  • Demonstrated sales and technical knowledge of the Saudi market, including key players in the MEP, DCU, and Water Engineering and Contracting fields,
  • Knowledge of active consultants in the industry is a plus,
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail,
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership capabilities,
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous,
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
