Client Relationships: Actively promote the company’s products in the assigned market by conducting regular client visits, generating inquiries, and building strong relationships to drive business growth. Manage the full sales cycle—from reviewing tenders and preparing quotations and offers to negotiating terms and processing orders through the ERP system—ensuring alignment with company strategy and maximising profitability.
Inside coordination: coordinates internally by reporting market insights to the manager, preparing order reviews and margin calculations, liaising with local management during negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Relationships with Suppliers: Manage supplier relationships by professionally sourcing materials from local and international suppliers, issuing and following up on enquiries, reviewing offers for compliance, and placing sub-orders while ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Follow-up of the sales and after-sales: Oversee the post-sales process by coordinating deliveries with all involved parties, preparing shipping and vendor documentation, tracking payments, and ensuring project performance through detailed follow-up and reporting.
Procedures and Quality: Ensure compliance with company procedures by properly filing all sales documents and promptly addressing client complaints, reporting any technical issues to the QA Manager for resolution.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Administrative & Sales Coordinating Assistant supports the commercial, administrative, and operational functions of T&C Piping USA. This role combines sales coordination, project follow-up, office administration, client and supplier communication, documentation control, and basic financial and HR support to help ensure the office and customer-facing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
This position liaises with T&C Piping USA management and staff, as well as with Group’s heads of departments and support teams, clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, partners, and authorities to ensure administrative tasks, order processing, delivery follow-up, documentation, invoicing support, and after-sales activities are performed in a timely, accurate, and commercially sound manner. The role also helps maintain office efficiency, proper filing, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
