QA and Documentation Engineer

Kochi, Kerala - India

Our back-end operations partner in India, Team Global Consultancy Services (TGCS), is seeking a QA & Documentation Engineer based in Cochin, India.

JOB PURPOSE: 

The QA & Documentation Engineer collects, controls, monitors/reports, analyses, and updates all quality documentation requested for client pre-qualification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Collect and Review all manufacturers/suppliers’ documentation for prequalification,
  • Monitor and update manufacturers/suppliers’ documentation, including ISO, API Licenses,
  • Review, follow up and keep records of related Policy compliance files for supplier/business partner qualification process related to the TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group “Good Corporate Governance – Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy” (the “Policy”),
  • QA/QC Management system: monitoring, reporting and documentation,
  • Ensure that all aspects of operations or processes meet specified regulations,
  • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues,
  • Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed,
  • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors,
  • Documented quality assurance activities and created audit reports,
  • Making recommendations for improvement,
  • Supports the QHSE Department in the preparation of Pre-qualification documents,
  • Reports, as necessary, on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on performance against standards,
  • Support the Sales Team :
    • in preparing quotations and commercial offers in line with Clients’ quality requirements and TROUVAY & CAUVIN’s terms of sales,
    • Review technical terms and conditions to ensure quality requirements align with the offer,
    • Issues clarification if required,
    • After-sales follow-up on project performance,
  • Liaises with customers and suppliers where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issues),
  • Liaises with the QHSE Department, local Management, and Legal Department in case of Clients’ and/or Suppliers’ claims.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Engineer Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and industry,
  • Knowledge of technical specifications and their applications i, use of inspection instruments and material inspection,
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS Knowledge of HSE regulations,
  • Tasks require attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and drive to succeed,
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Work requires a willingness to work from time to time a flexible schedule if required by workload.

Sales Manager

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) - Riyadh

For our Exclusive Agent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a Sales Manager – to be based Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Riyadh.

Purpose:

Sales development of smart water management technologies provided by FLOVEA MIDDLE EAST FZE, particularly the all-in-one water management solution PREDICTIVE FLOWBOX®.

Establish, build, and manage strong relationships with all key players involved in new and existing real estate projects to promote the PREDICTIVE FLOWBOX® solution and its affiliate products and its innovative & sustainable features, with the key strategic aim of generating enquiries / business opportunities and closing deals for our exclusive agent.

Ensure that our exclusive agent is registered as a potential supplier of smart water devices (for monitoring, remote control & water consumption analysis) with the different actors of real estate projects (Clients, Consultants, Contractors, sub-contractors, service providers, facility management companies).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish a list of targeted projects and prospects by analysing the strategies concerning water efficiency usage, sustainability, and integration of smart technologies for water consumption optimization, remote management, and leakage detection.
  • Contact & visit all parties involved in the targeted projects: Government entities, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and sub-contractors to introduce our exclusive agent and FLOVEA MIDDLE EAST capabilities and the full range of products and services for the smart & remote management of water consumption.
  • Use the relationships provided by the Management to promote the PREDICTIVE FLOWBOX® solution and its affiliate products to Innovation & Sustainability executives, Projects’ directors, consultants, and MEP contractors on the following Mega Projects but not limited to: Neom / Red Sea Global / ROSHN / Al Ula etc.
  • Proactively monitor and communicate to the management team about new real estate projects, track their current stage, latest evolution, contract award, and the player’s details involved.
  • Perform all registration to ensure our exclusive agent is listed as a potential supplier.
  • Generate enquiries for the PREDICTIVE FLOWBOX® solution and its affiliate products and handle the sales process (from enquiry to negotiation and quotation), maximizing business growth for the Company and/or its principals.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in the KSA
  • Mastering of Sale / Commerce / Trading principles with a strong appetite for closing large business deals
  • Deep understanding of project cycles from tendering to execution phase
  • Knowledge and understanding of products and their applications in Building, Water, and Infrastructure Projects
  • Strong interest in Innovation / smart-tech / water management solutions
  • Knowledge of the real estate / facility management / water management industry with existing contacts within these fields
  • MEP background would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are mandatory,
  • Skilled in meetings’ presentation, sales pitch, and negotiation

Sales Manager - Water and Infrastructure

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The role involves handling and developing business for the Company in the designated market and/or with assigned accounts, ensuring continuous turnover and profitability growth. The manager is responsible for sales, particularly for the Water and Infrastructure markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
  • Review tender documents within the authorised limit,
  • Prepare technical submissions, quotations, and commercial offers,
  • Follow-up offers and negotiations to secure orders and maximise margins,
  • Process orders through the company’s ERP system,
  • Maintain relationships with key suppliers,
  • Monitor deliveries of orders with different parties involved until issuance of invoices,
  • Handle client’s complaints by taking immediate actions.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. A first experience in KSA will be preferred,
  • Proven experience in Water transmission lines, Water treatment, Sewage stations and desalination plant products such as Pipes (CS, DI, Alloy, CI), flanges, fittings, industrial valves, and municipal casting,
  • Confirmed sales and technical knowledge of the KSA market, including its local key players in Water Engineering and Contracting companies,
  • Knowledge of the active consultant would be a plus,
  • Excellence in sales and business development,
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail,
  • Negotiation and leadership skills are a must,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are mandatory,

Business Development Manager - Valves Specialist

For our Exclusive Agent in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in valves. This role requires a true valves expert with proven experience in DCP, water, firefighting, and MEP valves products. Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within KSA.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of valves and their applications, specifically in DCP, water, firefighting, and MEP sectors,
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key players in the Saudi market, particularly in MEP, DCP, and Water Engineering and Contracting,
  • Drive technical sales and business development activities, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction,
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing projects and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in technical sales and business development, particularly in the field of valves,
